New G-Shock Watches Coming to the U.S. in June 2025

May was a bit slow for G-Shock releases in the U.S., but as summer gets into full swing, fans will start to have a lot more options. The following G-Shock watches are expected to be coming soon to the U.S. in June 2025 (or possibly later in some cases).

Like Europe and unlike China which only got three of the Black and Bold Red models (DW-5600BBR-1, GA-700BBR-1A, GA-B2100BBR-1A), the U.S. is getting all five models. This series features stealthy black bezels and red-tinted LCD displays.

DW5600BBR-1 ($99, top left), GA700BBR-1A ($99, bottom left), GAB2100BBR1A ($150, bottom right), GD010BBR-1 ($99, top middle), GX56BBR-1 ($150, top right)

The U.S. is also getting all six models from the summer-themed HDS Series (a.k.a. Hidden Glow Vol. 2: Sea of Stars) featuring white bezels and bands and phosphorescent dials and faces inspired by bioluminescent plankton in the ocean.

[Update: The HDS Series is now available at gshock.casio.com/us, and it looks like the two inverted display models (DW6900HDS7A1 and GA2100HDS7A1) may only be available there, as they are designated as “Online Exclusive.”]

The all-new fitness-oriented GBA-950 series is designed for functionality and features a more compact size than the GBA-900 with an integrated bezel, reengineered band, and large 3D hour markers made with phosphorescent material. The U.S. is getting the black and white models but not the purple one.

The GBX100S-1 and GBX100S-2 are G-LIDE GBX-100 surfing models with an MIP LCD display and the most advanced tide and moon graphs on a (current) G-Shock. Other features include a step counter, sunrise and sunset times, and Bluetooth smartphone link. These are the first GBX-100 models with a translucent (a.k.a. skeleton) bezel, and they also have a stainless steel front bezel piece.

The Frogman MRGBF1000RG3 ($4,900), inspired by the goliath frog, has a simple army-like outdoors style that is unique for G-Shock’s peak diving series (MRG-BF1000).

The MTGB2000YBD2 ($1,200) is another example of a more subdued yet unique colorway for a high-end made-in-Japan series. It features a multi-layer carbon frame and is extremely durable with Triple G Resist.
